Initial Consultation $350 $150 QbTesting - optional add on

This includes a thorough evaluation of ADHD and screening for other associated disorders and learning disabilities. Consultation price includes clinical time reviewing the case prior to your appointment, and a one hour in person evaluation with treatment plan. If QbTesting is requested, this should be done prior to your initial appointment so results can be discussed during the intake appointment. Please book a separate appointment for this.

ADHD Personal or Parent Coaching

30 Minute Session $150 60 Minute Session $275

Sessions focus on education of ADHD and strategies to improve executive functioning. In-Person and Telehealth options available. I am currently only seeing patient’s 13 years and older. Pediatric care coming soon.

Medication Management

$150 In-Person or Telehealth

Evaluation is recommended every 3-4 months, monitoring medication response, and need for adjustments. This may be more frequent in the start to ensure the right medication for you. Research has shown around 80% of people note substantial improvement in their symptoms after starting medications.

MindPrint Cognitive Testing

Non clients $350, Active Clients $250 Applicable to any student reading age 2nd grade - 21 yrs old.

MindPrint Learning is the only K12 solution that uses objective cognitive data to teach students how they learn best and provide strategies personalized to students’ learning strengths and needs.

Just like a fingerprint, each student has a unique “MindPrint'' that provides clear insight into how a student learns most efficiently and what supports they need to succeed. At the core of MindPrint is an hour-long online, self-administered cognitive assessment developed at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine.

QB and GeneSight Testing

QbTesting $185, $150 for current patients, GeneSight pricing varies

QbTest is an FDA approved clinical test for ADHD that helps aid in diagnosis and treatment. This test can be done with a referral from your PCP with results sent directly to them or as an existing client of ADHD Life Medical Associates with a follow-up appointment for interpretation and treatment plan for $150, 30 minute appointment.

GeneSight is a genetic, cheek swab test that shows your healthcare provider how your genes may affect medication outcomes. This can help prevent medication failures and unwanted side effects, improving outcomes for mental wellness. This test is covered by many insurance companies or at a discounted rate directly through the company.
